On 4th September 2025, EADEN had the pleasure of hosting Mikkel and Kasper from the Danida Green Business Partnership (DGBP) Secretariat for a financial monitoring visit. The visit provided an opportunity to showcase how project funds are managed and highlight the real-world impact of EADEN’s initiatives in Eastern Uganda.

During the visit, the team met consortium partners, including EADEN, Biofertilizer Africa (BFA) and BACESS Denmark staff and toured field sites. They observed first-hand the progress made in sustainable agricultural practices, financial accountability, and capacity building. The DGBP representatives described the visit as “pleasant, insightful, and inspiring,” praising EADEN’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and impactful project delivery

The visit was more than a review; it was a celebration of EADEN’s dedication to sustainable development, effective financial stewardship, and empowering local communities. It also reinforced the importance of learning from challenges, strengthening systems, and ensuring that project outcomes continue to benefit farmers and communities across Uganda.
